What Warranty Do you Offer?

At Bravos Collision, we stand behind our work with comprehensive warranties. Our paint services, provided through PPG, come with a lifetime warranty, ensuring your vehicle’s finish remains vibrant and durable. For parts used in repairs, we offer a 12-month/12,000-mile warranty, giving you peace of mind on the road.

Yes, we work with and accept all insurance providers. Our team handles all aspects of communication with your insurance company, streamlining the repair process for you. The only step you’ll need to take is filing the initial claim, and we’ll take it from there.

While we work on a wide range of vehicles, there are some exceptions. We do not service Teslas, aluminum vehicles, or Sprinter vans. If you have questions about whether we can service your vehicle, please reach out to our team for more details.

We use OEM parts if we can price match the parts by all means. Mostly the insurance uses Aftermarket or Recycled parts in order for them to cut cost. But if the price is in a certain range our parts department can match that parts price to use OEM which is preferred.

Absolutely. We use factory-standard parts in our repairs to ensure the highest quality and reliability. Our commitment to using top-tier components means your vehicle will perform at its best after any repair.

We don’t have a set special rate for Hertz and Enterprise rentals. The cost can vary based on market prices and availability, we will have to contact the rental agency for pricing and availability.

Yes, we offer a full range of services for fleet vehicles, helping businesses keep their vehicles in top condition. However, we do not service large shuttles or vans. Our fleet services are tailored to meet the needs of businesses looking for reliable and efficient collision repair solutions.
